End the Android Support Session
The customer can terminate the session by tapping the X at the top right of the chat view or by tapping the Back button. This will prompt the user to confirm that he or she wants to end the support session.
When the session is ended by either the customer or the representative, an alert will notify the customer that the representative can no longer access his or her device. The Bomgar Support Client app does remain installed after the termination of a support session so that if the customer needs support at a later time, the Bomgar app does not need to be reinstalled.
