Remedyforce Integration Guide

The integration of Bomgar with BMC Remedyforce adds functionality that provides the means to initiate a support session from the Remedyforce interface and at the end of the session to update the case with session information.

Prerequisites

Bomgar Appliance Settings

  1. Configure the SSL settings
  2. Configure the API settings and username

Salesforce

The Bomgar for Remedyforce integration requires that the Org being installed have the following:

  • Chatter Enabled
  • Sites
  • Customer Portal Enabled
  • BMC Remedyforce

Note: If your Salesforce Org does not have Customer Portal, you must contact your Salesforce Account Executive to have this feature enabled.
