SSL Configuration: Choose SSL Ciphers and Versions

Security > SSL Configuration

SSL :: Configuration

Choose whether SSL version 3 should be enabled or disabled. For optimum security, the Bomgar web interface always defaults to TLS1.0 before switching to SSLv3. However, some older browsers may not support TLS1.0. If you disable SSLv3 and attempt to access your administrative interface from an older browser which does not support TLS1.0, Bomgar will not allow you to log in. Enabling SSLv3 will allow you to connect to your web interface from any computer, regardless of browser version. Note that the setting only affects connections to the web interface of your Bomgar Appliance. The support tunnel between your computer and your customer’s computer is always encrypted with TLS1.0.

Select which Ciphersuites should be enabled or disabled on your appliance. Drag and drop Ciphersuites to change the order of preference. Note that changes to Ciphersuites do not take effect until the Save button is clicked.
