JOEL BOMGAR | Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Bomgar developed the first version of Bomgar™ software as a way to provide helpdesks and technical support to disparate users – without leaving his desk. Since founding the company in 2003, Bomgar has been responsible for more than doubling the company employee base and increasing revenues by 300 percent. Though only 28 years old, Bomgar has nearly a decade of experience in network engineering. Prior to starting Bomgar Corporation, Bomgar worked as a senior network engineer for Business Communications, Inc. (BCI), a Mississippi-based integrator, where he was responsible for providing technical support and assistance to all of BCI's customers. Additionally, Bomgar spent seven years in the Mississippi Air National Guard where he honed his networking and computer skills, earning more than 16 network certifications. Bomgar graduated from Belhaven College with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

PETER JANICO | EVP of Global Sales Operations

With over two decades of sales and executive management experience, Janico joined the Bomgar™ team in 2006 as the executive responsible to drive sales execution for Bomgar™. Janico brings experience of start-up companies where he launched and re-positioned companies to success, in addition to successful sales leadership careers at some of the largest names in software - Oracle, Computer Associates, and Xerox. Janico was recognized repeatedly within these organizations for exceeding sales expectations and bringing many of the first and largest enterprise sales to these companies. Janico holds a business economics degree from Brock University, Toronto, Canada.

MIKE MORGAN | Chief Financial Officer

Morgan joined Bomgar™ in 2006. Morgan is charged with overseeing the accounting and finance departments, as well as various other administrative capacities. After beginning his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen in 1988, Morgan served as CFO of several telecommunications and technology companies. Morgan holds a bachelor of accountancy from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Mississippi College.

NATHAN MCNEILL | Co-Founder & VP of Product Strategy

McNeill joined Bomgar™ as a co-founder in 2003 and is responsible for aligning product strategy with the needs of Bomgar's over 4,000 customers. He also establishes and maintains technology partnerships and is instrumental in expanding Bomgar's customer base. McNeill contributes regularly to the Remote Support News blog, discussins issues and trends critical to the proliferation of this technology. McNeill graduated from Belhaven College with a bachelor's degree in philosophy.

PATRICK NORMAN | Co-Founder & VP of eCommerce

Norman joined Bomgar™ in 2003 and is responsible for supporting new and existing customers with electronic business choices and concerns. Prior to his current position, Norman served as a technical support and retention supervisor for Integrity Online, where he managed and maintained the quality of customer satisfaction. Norman graduated from Belhaven College with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and mathematics.

JEFF JOHNSON | VP of Sales & Business Development

Johnson joined Bomgar™ in 2005 and brings over a decade of experience in technology sales and partnership development. Johnson is chartered with leading the company's sales efforts and establishing relationships with channel and industry partners. Prior to Bomgar™, Johnson held executive positions within Diversified Technology, where he was responsible for establishing the company's contacts within the federal and gaming markets. He holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing from the University of Mississippi.

MELISSA TAYLOR DENT | VP of Marketing

Dent joined Bomgar™ in 2005 and is responsible for guiding the marketing, public relations and general communications activity for the company. A seasoned marketing professional, Dent has held leadership positions in marketing support and product development for top technology organizations such as IBM, SkyTel and Companion Technologies. Prior to Bomgar™, Dent worked as the senior manager for product marketing at SkyTel where she led product development efforts for 2way messaging, Blackberry, and other wireless technologies. Dent holds a marketing degree and master of business administration from Mississippi State University.

HUEY NGO | EVP of Engineering

Ngo joined Bomgar™ in 2006. In his role, Ngo is overseeing software engineering, software development, software quality assurance, and customer and technical support. Prior to Bomgar™, Ngo held an engineering leadership position with SkyTel, a telecommunications company. In his 7 years at SkyTel, Ngo led in the software as well as hardware design, development, and launching of several of SkyTel's flagship wireless messaging products. Ngo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
