The Bomgar Box enables a support representative to connect to both attended and unattended remote computers for support incident resolution, with full screen, mouse, and keyboard control of the remote computer. While the Bomgar B300™ is best suited for enterprise corporations, the B200™ is a perfect solution for SMBs, while the B100™ gives individual proprietors an affordable means of appliance-based remote support.

Bomgar has over 4,000 corporate customers in all 50 states and 48 countries, in addition to resellers in Canada, South Africa, and the UK. Unable to find a support product on the market to fit his requirements, Bomgar developed his own IT solution, enabling him to troubleshoot multiple customer computers at once by accessing his clients' computers over the Internet. The company has grown steadily since its inception in 2003.
