Remote control security webcast

Concerned about the security of data transferred during remote control sessions? Then John Ragsdale over at SSPA wrote a post recently that should be useful to you.

In his post, Is your remote control security bullet-proof?, Ragsdale summarizes a recent webcast minicast covering the topic. • Leverage the product’s audit trail to capture every action of the agent.
• Enable tracking of uploads/downloads to/from customer systems.
