A common obstacle for today’s IT support teams, particularly those in higher education, is supporting a user base with a wide variety of devices. Between the multitude of laptops, desktops, smartphones and tablets, and the variety of operating systems to go along with them, it’s difficult for IT organizations to keep up. This is part of the challenge with the BYOD (bring your own device) trend.
At this month’s EDUCAUSE trade show, the Bomgar booth featured live lessons from our customers about how they’re using Bomgar to address their support challenges, including BYOD.
