Anna has been with Bomgar for 1 year and is in charge of all the events, conferences, and tradeshows Bomgar participates in. Anna says, “It’s a very exciting job, which allows me to travel and meet new and exciting people.” Anna graduated from Mississippi State University.
Justin Brock, Manager of Product Marketing
Justin joined Bomgar at the end of 2004 and is responsible for broadly promoting Bomgar’s strategy and message to customers, prospects and employees. He is ITIL v3.0 Foundation Certified contributes regularly to the Bomgar blog under the Enterprise Remote Support category. Justin graduated from Belhaven College and pursued a masters at Mississippi College.

Nathan McNeill, Co-Founder and VP of Product Strategy
McNeill joined Bomgar as a co-founder in 2003 and is responsible for aligning product strategy with the needs of Bomgar’s more than 4,500 customers. He also establishes and maintains technology partnerships and is instrumental in expanding Bomgar’s customer base. McNeill contributes to the support virtualization blog, discussing issues and trends critical to the proliferation of this technology. McNeill graduated from Belhaven College.
Development
A number of our developers maintain the Product Information section of the Bomgar Blog. They post updates with every major and minor release. We don’t have a photo of a person here because it’s a group. Also, it’s dark where they work.
