Newest Releases

A handful of minor issues have been resolved in this latest maintenance release.

In our first release of 2009 we’ve added a few new features, enhanced our just-released BlackBerry support, and resolved a number of issues to hopefully make the remote support representative’s day a little easier.

This maintenance release addresses a few issues that some of you helped us quickly find and resolve. Our thanks to you for your quick feedback!

We are pleased to announce the release of Bomgar’s 10.2 software. This major release includes feature additions, Jump technology and presentation enhancements, customer experience improvements, and increased management capabilities, as well as BlackBerry support and integration with a major support desk management system.

This minor release includes one new feature and numerous feature enhancements. With 10.1.5 we’ve added Portuguese as a language option to the list of available languages. We also translated additional strings for the languages already supported. Other enhancements affect Mac users and the Administrative Interface.
