Bomgar 10.2 Documentation

Yesterday we announced the release of Bomgar 10.2. Below are the documents, including user guides and syslog references. We’re very excited about this release! Here are some of the highlights of Bomgar 10.2:

• The Bomgar Button - A one-click means of initiating a remote desktop control session
• BlackBerry Customer Client - We’ve expanded the product to include remote support for Blackberry devices
• Customizable Customer Portals - Create custom portals for different customers
