McNeill joined Bomgar as a co-founder in 2003 and is responsible for aligning product strategy with the needs of Bomgar’s over 3,000 customers. He also establishes and maintains technology partnerships and is instrumental in expanding Bomgar’s customer base. As a contributor to the Bomgar Blog, McNeill discusses the issues and trends critical to the proliferation of this technology. McNeill graduated from Belhaven College in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy.

Brock, formerly a teacher, joined Bomgar in 2004 and helps define Bomgar’s online marketing strategy, including promoting and establishing Bomgar’s online presence through SEO and search engine marketing. Brock studied English literature at both Belhaven College and Mississippi College.
